GMC FORTY NINERS
DESCRIPTION

The GMC Forty Niners chapter members share a mutual interest in GMC motorhomes and are from FMCA's Western Area.

GMC WESTERN STATES
DESCRIPTION

The GMC Western States Motorhome Club is a chapter of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) and is made up of owners of classic 1973 to 1978 GMC Motorhomes. The chapter's purpose is to promote the preservation of the GMC Motorhome. We do this with a combination of technical seminars at our semi-annual rallies and published information in newsletters and on our web site www.gmcws.org. Our rallies are held in the spring and late summer or early fall each year. At the rallies we have technical seminars conducted by qualified people who have extensive experience in unique GMC systems. We also conduct non-technical seminars that may cover health or fitness while traveling, safety, travel experiences, crafts, coach decoration and remodeling. We also publish a Newsletter quarterly with lots of information for our members. Our rallies are normally scheduled up to a year in advance, so everyone has plenty of time to arrange their travel plans. They have been held in such scenic and interesting locales as Mt. Hood, Oregon; San Diego, California; Tucson, Arizona; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Calgary, Alberta; Fredericksburg, Texas; Bryce Canyon, Utah; Hope, British Columbia; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Ukiah, Palm Desert and Mariposa in California.

One of the most unique benefits of owning a Recreational Vehicle is to use it in different areas of the United States, particularly in the Rocky Mountain Country. Joining a club is one of the best ways to accomplish this. Friendships, traveling partners, touring new areas, and knowing how to maintain your RV investment are some of the unique benefits of being a member of RMCCoachers.

ROMERS

The Romers RV club was formed on November 24, 1986 to promote the use of our Motorhomes and further each member's personal camping enjoyment. In 2022, the membership voted to change the club's name from "Monaco Romers" to "Romers". Membership in the Romers is open to owners of all diesel motorhomes including Class A's, Class B's, and Class C's. In addition, you must be a member of the Family Motor Coach Association. We schedule rallies three times per year, most are at luxury campgrounds in California, though in the recent past we have visited Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Idaho. Our typical rally is 4 days long and planned by volunteer rally masters. Rallies include catered breakfasts and dinners, as well as local tours, a golf tournament, and other fun activities. Dues are $25 per year with an initiation fee of $25. If you are interested in joining our club, please check out our website: https://www.Romers.club. SIERRA HI ROLLERS
DESCRIPTION

The Sierra Hi Rollers (SHR) is Northwest Nevada's original chapter of FMCA. (Founded in 1990) It is a welcoming and friendly club of RV owners seeking fun, friendships and camaraderie around their RV's. The club has approximately four rallies each year from May until October. The rallies are usually four nights and head to destinations in Nevada, California and Oregon and occasionally to other states. Each rally typically includes one or two outings to educational sites, museums, factories, wineries, fairs and special events. Many of the tours enjoyed by the Sierra Hi Rollers are not available to individuals. Also held are local one day events in the greater Reno, Carson City and Minden/Gardnerville areas. These events allow you to join in without using your motor home. Whether you are brand new to motor homing or a seasoned veteran, you are welcome at the Sierra Hi Rollers. As a member of FMCA, you may attend a Sierra Hi Rollers event before becoming a member of the SHR. Current dues for the SHR are a very modest $1.00 per month. We have members in Nevada, Northern California and Oregon.
